Refund and exchanges: We ask if you do have a query regarding your purchases upon receipt to please contact us via e mail as soon as possible. In case of a product fault we are happy to find a happy resolution.
According to the Distance Selling Regulations
you have a seven working day "cooling off" period after you've received
your goods to decide whether to cancel the order even if it's just
because you've change your mind! But please send any cancellations via
e-mail then we will refund you upon receipt of the returned item(s).
*Please not that by law this return policy is non applicable to items
such as earrings, fresh flowers or food.
Please note that all descriptions of items are accurate
and true. As each and every item is hand made please note that small
variations like colour, shading, materials and so on may vary slightly
though kept to a minimal.
Any damage/breakages due to mishandling by the buyer will not entitle you to a refund.
